Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating a Quotryn account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Quotryn on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to use the service on its behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms, or use Quotryn with the involvement and authorization of a parent, guardian, business owner or other person legally authorized to enter into the agreement where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for complying with laws and contractual requirements applicable to your use of Quotryn.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for protecting your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances for which applicable law places responsibility elsewhere.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@quotryn.com.

4. The Quotryn service

Quotryn provides software tools intended to help businesses organize and manage operational information. Features may include customers, products and services, inventory, sales, expenses, quotes, invoices, jobs, reporting, payments and business insights.

Available functionality may depend on your plan, platform, location, configuration and the current version of the service.

5. Free and paid plans

Quotryn may offer free and paid service plans. The features included with each plan are shown in the service at the time you subscribe and may evolve as Quotryn develops.

Current advertised monthly plans include Free, Plus and Pro. Prices displayed by Quotryn or during checkout control the price offered for a particular purchase.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, paid subscriptions are recurring subscriptions and continue until canceled.

6. Billing and renewal

When you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for the subscription price and applicable taxes or other charges disclosed during checkout.

Subscriptions generally renew automatically at the applicable billing interval until canceled.

Quotryn may use Stripe to provide hosted checkout, subscription management and related payment services. Your use of Stripe-hosted payment functionality may also be subject to Stripe's applicable terms.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel an eligible paid subscription through the billing management options made available in Quotryn.

Unless otherwise stated during the cancellation process or required by applicable law, cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. Access to paid features may continue through the remainder of the already-paid billing period.

Deleting or discontinuing use of Quotryn does not necessarily cancel a paid subscription. Use the available billing-management process or contact support if you need assistance.

8. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or believe circumstances warrant a refund, email support@quotryn.com.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. When Quotryn approves a refund, it will generally be returned to the original payment method through the applicable payment processor.

9. Your business data

You retain responsibility for the business information and records you enter into Quotryn.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to enter, store and use information relating to customers, employees, contractors or other individuals.

You are also responsible for maintaining records or backups that your business is legally or operationally required to retain.

10. Business, tax and financial decisions

Quotryn is a software tool. Information, calculations, dashboards, forecasts, suggestions and other outputs provided by Quotryn are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for reviewing your business records, calculations, tax settings, prices, costs, invoices and other information before relying on them for business or regulatory purposes.

When appropriate, consult a qualified professional regarding decisions specific to your business.

11. Quotes and invoices

Quotryn may help you create and manage quotes and invoices, but you are responsible for reviewing their accuracy, terms, tax treatment and legal sufficiency before sending or relying on them.

Quotryn does not become a party to agreements between you and your customers merely because the service was used to prepare or manage a quote, invoice, job or payment.

12. Payments between businesses and their customers

Where Quotryn enables a business to create a payment link or use a third-party payment workflow, the applicable payment provider processes the payment.

Quotryn does not guarantee that a customer's payment will be authorized, completed, reversed, refunded or free from disputes, chargebacks or fraud.

13. Acceptable use

You may not use Quotryn to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Access another user's account or business data without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass security, authentication or access controls.
• Interfere with or intentionally disrupt the operation of the service.
• Upload or distribute malicious code through the service.
• Use the service to facilitate fraud or deceptive activity.
• Abuse the service in a manner that materially harms Quotryn or other users.

14. Intellectual property

Quotryn and its software, branding, interfaces, designs and other service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Quotryn's software or branding to you.

You may use the service as permitted by these Terms while your access remains authorized.

15. Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions or feedback about Quotryn, we may use that feedback to develop and improve the service without an obligation to compensate you, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.

16. Third-party services

Quotryn may depend on or integrate with third-party services. Those services are operated by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, availability and limitations.

Quotryn is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Changes to the service

We may add, modify, replace or discontinue features as Quotryn develops. We may also change plan features or pricing prospectively.

Where applicable law requires notice of a change, we will provide the required notice.

18. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate suspected abuse, address security risks, respond to legal requirements or enforce these Terms.

We may terminate accounts for material or repeated violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

You may stop using Quotryn at any time. Ending use of the service does not automatically eliminate payment obligations already incurred or records we are legally required or permitted to retain.

19. Service availability

We work to keep Quotryn available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, security events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

20. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quotryn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, error-free or suitable for every business purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Quotryn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, business opportunities or data arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Quotryn develops. When we do, we may update the effective date shown on this page and provide additional notice when required or appropriate.

Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
